To provide a resin viscoelasticity measuring instrument which captures exactly a change of viscoelasticity in a fused resin due to an influence of fluctuation, even when a component of the fused resin is fluctuated slightly, and measures easily and precisely the viscoelasticity of the fused resin, and also to provide a measuring method therefor.
This resin viscoelasticity measuring instrument 1 is provided at least with: a cylinder 11 for storing the fused resin W, with a delivery hole 11b for delivering the fused resin formed therein; and a resin pressurizing means 12 for pressurizing the fused resin W in the cylinder 11, and measures the viscoelasticity of the fused resin by discharging the fused resin W pressurized by the resin pressurizing means 12 from the delivery hole 11b. The discharge hole 11b is formed to discharge the fused resin W vertically downwards, and a laser measuring instrument 14 is provided further in a lower side of the discharge hole 11b to measure a horizontal-directional cross-sectional width b of the discharged fused resin W.
