Title:
DIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007225301
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a dial capable of securing resistance to impacts without having to increase its overall thickness.

When a frame-like parting member 11; a frame-like first dial member 12; and a plate-like second dial member 13 are superimposed on one another sequentially from above, a first contact part 15 of the parting member 11 corresponds to a first notch part 19 of the first dial member 12. A second cushioning material 25 over a second receiving part 24 of the second dial member 13 is inserted in the first notch part 19 into contact with the lower surface of the first contact part 15 of the parting member 11. A first cushioning material 21 in a first receiving part 20 of the first dial member 12 comes into contact with the lower surface of the second contact part 16 of the parting member 11, and this first receiving part 20 is inserted into the second cutout 26 of the second dial member 13. Even when the first and second dial members 12 and 13 are superimposed on each other, the thickness of a dial 10 is therefore not increased by the first and second cushioning materials 20 and 24. Since the first and second cushioning materials 20 and 24 furthermore absorb impacts from the outside, it is possible to secure resistance to impacts.
