Title:
SENSOR HAVING BOTH OF SUBSTANCE RECOGNIZING FUNCTION AND DATA CONVERTING FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007225300
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To simply and rapidly detect various substances without using a special analyzer.
This sensor is constituted by keeping a composite molecular film, which has amphiphatic peptide (1) formed in the presence of a recognition target substance and having a chemical structure capable of forming the bonding region (A) of the recognition target substance on its one terminal and a function group (c) for the fixation to the surface of an electrode on its other terminal, and (2) lipid, fixed on the surface of the electrode. A sensing system for detecting the recognition target substance by a change in a current value using the sensor is also disclosed.
