Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover component comprising a single material having high sound absorption effect and a component.SOLUTION: An injection molding is performed by using a foaming resin and a mold in which a fine irregular shape is provided on the surface of a selectively core-backable sound source side to form the foaming layer, low foaming layer, non-foaming layer and cavity part are formed in a plate thickness. In a molding process, a sub-parting moves in a core back direction by a prescribed amount after filling the foaming resin, but a part of the immobile cores does not move in the core back direction and maintains the position before the core back. A core back operation is performed by controlling the position and speed in at least two stages.
