PURPOSE: To obtain the resistance paste with which the temperature coefficient of resistance in a region, having a high area resistance value, can be shifted to the positive (+) direction.

CONSTITUTION: The title resistance paste is composed of the mixture consisting of the resistance material having the composition of NbxLa1-xB6-4-x (x=0.1 to 0.9mol%) and non-reducing glass frit. A kind or a plurality of kinds selected from B2O3, SiO2, Al2O3, CrB, NiB, TaSi2 and Ta are added in the adding rate to the mixture of 1 to 10wt.%, or A N, within the range of 5 to 25wt.% of adding rate against the mixture of the resistance material, having the composition of NbxLa1-xB6-4x (x=0.1 to 0.9mol%), and non-reducing glass frit, is added.
