PURPOSE: To improve the static balance of a retreaded tire by arranging the rubber connecting part of a tread part at the most light weight position on the circumferential direction of the tire.

CONSTITUTION: A tread part 22 is formed by bonding the unvulcanized belt- shaped tread rubber being wound around a base tire, then the said tread 22 is vulcanized by a metalic mold with pattern. The connecting part 23 connecting the both end of the belt-shaped tread rubber is vulcanized after the connection. The connecting part 23 is located at the most light weight position which is indicated by the dotted line 4. The retreaded tire 20 is arranged as corresponding the connecting part 23 of the tread part 22 with the most light weight position on the circumferential direction of the base tire 21. Thereby, the static unbalance volume is maintained at the less state.
