The retroreflective sheet 28 comprises a polypropylene resin and has ≤8% internal haze, or comprises the polypropylene resin, has ≤95 J/g melting enthalpy calculated from the DSC melting curve of the sheet before the formation of an embossed pattern and has an exothermic peak based on recrystallization, or includes a layer comprising a polyethylene resin, has 20-1,000 MPa elastic modulus and contains ≤500 foreign particles per 1 mm2. The average length of the foreign particles is ≤10 μm.
