To solve the problem that cooked rice cannot be heated to a favorite heat retaining temperature when a reheating function is used.
A rice cooker with warmer has a body whose top face is opened, a lid openably covering the opening portion of the top face of the body, a pot removably stored in the body, a temperature sensing means which abuts against the pot, a heating means to heat the pot and rice to be cooked in the pot, a weight sensing means to sense the weight of the pot and the weight of the rice to be cooked in the pot, a time measuring means to sense the amount of electrical power input by the heating means, a heating control means to control the heating means, a warming function to maintain the temperature of the interior of the pot at a prescribed heat retaining temperature and a reheating function to increase the internal temperature of the pot to a level higher than the heat retaining temperature, and controls an arrival temperature after reheating by controlling the amount of input electric power by the weight of the cooked rice in the pot.
