Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet cylinder to generate no fine dust toward the outside and to prevent entrance of dust from the outside.
SOLUTION: A bellows 40 surrounds a cylinder tube to form a closed space is located between end caps 16 to close the two ends of the cylinder tube of a magnet cylinder and the end part of an outer moving body 9. Discharge ports 50 communicated with the right and left closed spaces of the outer moving body 9 surrounded with the bellows 40 are arranged at the right and left end caps 16. In use in a clean room 55, a discharge hose 56 is arranged and connected to the right and left discharge ports 50 and let out to the outside of the clean room 55. Dust generated due to slide contact of an outer moving body 9 with a scraper during operation of the rodless cylinder 1 is discharged through the discharge port 50 to the outside of the clean room 55.
