By a finger touch of the surfacing material of the plastic bag at the opening edge in next use, the surfacing material and the backing material are separated from each other to allow pickup in an easily openable state. The suction rubber 2 has a length and an even shape to easily cause finger friction. At cutting, the opening edge remains sucked to the suction rubber protruded portion 3, thus saving labor for conventionally looking for the opening edge in the next use.
