CONSTITUTION: By the keyboard 1f of an ID data register 1, an effective number of digits of ID data is set and input. After that, a ready-set and ready-retained card is used, and the card is read by a reader head 1d. After that, the value of the first section of consecutive figures of effective number of digits among read data is found as the ID data. Then, the ID data and the effective number of digits are transmitted to the RAM 2c of a card gate 2 via a transmission interface 1h, and are registered as individual identification data in an RAM 1c. Besides, the data of the card at the time of registering them are read via a reader head 2d, and by a CPU 2a, from the read data, the first consecutive figures of effective number of digits are extracted, and if the extracted figures coincide with the ID data at the time of registering them, an electric lock 3 is unlocked.
