Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make different circular blade edge portions peel a wire according to a fixing position by fixing a cutter with an arced blade to the tip of an arm at a plurality of rotation positions to be attached and detached.
CONSTITUTION: A peeling device has a rotary base 1 and three arms 2 supported by the base 1 to oscillate freely. A cutter 4 provided with a circular blade is fixed to a tip of the arm 2 by a screw 5. Rotation of the cutter 4 is regulated when the screw 5 is fastened; however, it rotates to an arbitrary angle by loosening the screw 5. Therefore, when a peeling device is used for a long time and a blade edge of the cutter 4 is abraded, a screw of each cutter 4 is loosened for rotating the cutter 4 and the screw 5 is loosened. Thereby, a part of an abraded blade edge is displaced to a position wherein it is not in contact with a wire coating and another part thereof which is not abraded comes into contact with a wire coating. Therefore, the whole circumference of a circular blade edge can be used and a life of the cutter 4 can be elongated.
