Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary punching machine with a simple, low-cost control mechanism which corrects a deviation in timing of paper feeding to between a processing roller and a receiving roller.SOLUTION: A first driving mechanism which rotates a processing roller 16 and a receiving roller 17 and a second driving mechanism which rotates a conveyor roller pair 23a, 23b are arranged independently of each other. A sensor 28 is arranged downstream from the conveyor roller pair and, when processing the first sheet S, the time from the start of an operation to supply a sheet by a paper feed part 1 until the completion of passing of the sheet by the sensor is measured so as to correct the timing of the sheet supply by the paper feed part on the basis of a deviation of the measured value from a set value. Second and succeeding sheets are supplied by the paper feed part in timing after the correction, and rotation of the conveyor roller pair is controlled corresponding to a peripheral speed and a rotational position of a blade die in response to a detection signal from the sensor as a trigger so as to align a front end of a punching processing range of the sheets with a front end of the blade die at the lowest point of the processing roller.
