Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction pad which securely suctions a transfer object and grips and transfers the transfer object in a more reliable manner, and to provide a transfer robot and a suction mechanism.SOLUTION: A suction pad 1 includes: a pad body 2; an inner lip part 3; and an outer lip part 4. The pad body 2 includes a main suction port 5 which is connected with a vacuum pump (not shown) and generates a negative pressure in a region enclosed by the inner lip part 3.
