Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing fertilizer in which the citric solubility of the produced fertilizer can be adjusted even though additional phosphorous raw material is not added to sludge, and a rotary surface melting furnace used for the method for producing the fertilizer.SOLUTION: The method for producing the fertilizer including a melting treating step (SA4) for melting and treating substances to be melted including phosphorous-containing sludge or phosphorous-containing incinerated ash, a cooling treating step (SA5) for cooling and solidifying the slug melted in the melting treating step has a skeleton adjusting agent adding step (SA71, SA72, SA73) adjusting such that the ratio of citric soluble phosphorous weight to the total phosphorous weight contained in the slug solidified in the cooling treating step exceeds a predetermined value by adding skeleton adjusting agent to the phosphorous-containing sludge or the phosphorous-containing incinerated ash before the melting treating step.
