To contrive to connect plural transporting stands, to make operation continuous, and to improve workability and operation efficiency.

This rotary transmitting and connecting device for a transporting stand for a nursery box consists of a frame having a pair of frame side plates, a one-side rotary transmission shaft 5 which is unmovably fixed to a shaft of a flame side plate and attached to a one side gear 9 and the other side rotary transmission shaft 17 which has the other-side gear 24 circularly hanging an endless chain 25 circularly hung on the one-side gear 9 and attached to the shaft of the flame side plate movably in the tension direction of the endless chain 25. The end parts of the one-side rotary transmitting shaft 5 and the other-side rotary transmission shaft 17 are equipped with engaging parts which can be engaged with engaging parts of transporting stand sides attached to revolving shafts at the transporting stand side of plural transporting stands 1 having independently transporting means of seedling raising containers.
