PURPOSE: To enable rotation graphic display at a high speed without having the burden of a CPU by reading out the graphics added with rotating angle information from an image memory means to a display device.

CONSTITUTION: Image patterns are arithmetically processed in accordance with rotating angle information and the image rotating angle information is outputted from an image information processing part 1. The image information stored in the image memory means 3 by the image rotating angle information is read out as the rotating angle graphics corresponding to the image rotating angle information to the display device 4. The rotation angle graphic display instrument which graphically displays the rotation graphic display part easily at a high speed on a display screen 4 without having or increasing the burden of the CPU is thereby obtd.
