Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a rotating drive mechanism for an electrical washing machine requiring no clearance adjustment for every machine and having superior assembly working efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: An adjusting ring 50 is held between the flange part at its lower end surface of a flange-equipped bearing metal 30 pressed fitted in an outer case 13 on its upper side and the outer tube 13 at its upper end. The adjusting ring 50 is vertically collapsed with the pressure in press fitting the flange-equipped bearing metal 30. Adjustment is made so that a value obtained by adding a set clearance dimension to the length, from the flange-equipped bearing metal 30 upper end surface to the outer tube lower end surface, may be equal to the length L of a main shaft central part 12c.
