To provide a foamed molding possessing excellent impact resistance and flexibility and good appearance in spite of its high expansion ratio.

Provided is a foamed molding prepared by expansion-molding a rubber-modified styrene resin composed of a continuous phase of a styrene resin and particles of a diene polymer rubber dispersed therein, wherein (1) the styrene resin constituting the continuous phase has a weight-average molecular weight(Mw) of 180,000-300,000 and an Mz/Mw ratio of 2-4 (wherein Mz is the Z-average molecular weight), (2) the gel component of the diene polymer has a degree of swelling of 12-25 in toluene at 25°C, and the ratio of grafting of the styrene resin onto the diene polymer is 70-135%.
