Abstract:
PURPOSE:To recognize stably a detecting body on a floor to run a running cart smoothly by attaching a detecting means, which recognizes the detecting body without contacting, to a vertically movable following-up wheel of the running cart body. CONSTITUTION:Driving wheels 8 and a fixed following-up wheel 9 are fixed to a running cart body 7, and the running cart body 7 is provided with a vertically movable following-up wheel 10. These fixed and movable following-up wheels 9 and 10 are arranged in the front and the rear of two driving wheels 8. In this case, a detecting means 12 which recognizes a detecting body 11 laid on the floor without contacting is set to the movable following-up wheel 10. Thus, the distance between the detecting body 11 on the floor and the detecting means 12 is not varied to recognize the detecting body stably even if the running cart runs of a rugged floor.
