Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a running controller that can prevent such a defective case where plural unmanned carrier containing the obstacle sensors and running in a factory or a warehouse have the insignificant runs at the approximation/ junction points due to the mutual interference of those sensors. CONSTITUTION:The control means are provided to the obstacle sensors 1a, 1b, 2a and 2b contained in the unmanned carrier 1 and 2 respectively in order to always and continuously transmit the detection waves of a fixed level through the sensors 1a-2b. At the same time, the control means stop the drive of both AGVs only when the detection waves are continuously received from each other for a fixed time and also transmit the reflected waves having the different waveforms from those of received waves so as no to stop the drive of both unmanned carriers with each other.
