Abstract:

PURPOSE: To directly report the starting of a system as an alarm by monitoring whether the system started or not after application of the power supply of the system and giving automatically an alarm to the outside if the system does not start in a fixed time.

CONSTITUTION: A system starting wait mechanism 4 monitor a system by means of a timer mechanism 6. The mechanism 6 detects a fact that a fixed time passed after the system started and informs the mechanism 4 of this fact. If the system does not start in a fixed time, a telephone circuit control circuit 8 secures the connection of a circuit corresponding to the office number stored in an information storage mechanism 5 and reports the failure of the system starting together with an alarm. At the same time, a relay control mechanism 9 starts a relay to report the failure of the system starting with a lamp glowing, etc. Thus a fact as to whether the system has started or not can be reported as an alarm.
