To provide a rush laminate which assures humidity adjusting function, deodorizing function and the like by sandwiching strips or woven objects of rush between laminate members and in which these are hard to come outside through the laminate members and even if they come outside the unsightliness is not prominent, and to provide a product using it.

The cushion A is equipped with the rush laminate H1. The rush laminate H1 is equipped with mat members 1, 1 having gas permeability. Between the mat members 1, 1 the strips 2 of rust are furnished. The strips 2 are the ones obtained by cutting the parts of the stalks of rush into a length of about 2 cm or less so as not to become powdery. The strips are spread on the whole between the mat members 1, 1. The mat members 1, 1 are glued with provision of an adhesive between them, the adhesive of such an amount as to ensure the humidity adjusting function, the deodorizing function and the like of the strips 2. The mat members 1, 1 are covered with the cushion cover 3.
