To melt in a short time and efficiently by holding a sulfur material for execution, obtained by disintegrating a solid sulfur into a predetermined size, inside a heating oven and melting it by heat.
In the inside of the heating oven 1 which has a double structure respecting the bottom wall part and the peripheral wall part and has a heating medium fluid 12 held in the double structure part (11), the sulfur material for execution is held, the one obtained by crushing into a predetermined size the sulfur solidified body obtained by solidifying a sulfur material containing sulfur ingredients. By a heat source 2 arranged to the lower part of the heating oven 1 the heating medium fluid 12 held inside the double structure part is heated within a given temperature, and by an agitating means 3 furnished in the heating oven 1 the sulfur material for execution held in the heating oven 1 is agitated and molten. By a turning means 4 which rotatably supports the heating oven 1 with a horizontal support axis 9 the heating oven 1 is revolved around the support axis 9 and the top part of the heating oven 1 is turned over to the front side and the sulfur material having molten in the inside is discharged.
