Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an execution property and a rustproof effect by providing a cap nut screwed to the upper end of an anchor bolt, a rustproof agent holding tube member, and an oil-resistant packing.
SOLUTION: This rustproof agent holder is formed with an upper member 8 constituted of a cap nut section 8a screwed to the screw section upper end of an anchor bolt 1 and a flange section 8b and a lower member constituted of a tube member 9 mounted on a base plate 7 concentrically with the bolt 1 and an oil-resistant packing 10 arranged at its lower end. At the time of use, a rustproof agent 2 is filled into the tube 9, the cap nut 8a screwed to the screw section upper end of the bolt 1 is fastened, and the lower member is pressed and fixed to the base plate 7. A ring edge 8c is provided on the outer peripheral lower face of the flange 8b to prevent rain water from entering the tube 9. A tubular raw material having the outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the flange 8c is cut to the exposed length of the anchor bolt 1 at a site for use as the tube 9. The upper member 8 can be removed for an internal inspection, the leakage of the rustproof agent 2 can be prevented, and a rustproof process can be applied at a low cost.
