Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device for a circuit breaker which can be visually confirmed even in the state where an electric wire is connected to a distribution board, reduces the risk of unlocking internal equipment and a mounting plate as far as possible when mounting the distribution board and further, is capable of easily performing a correcting operation when correction of a lock lever is required.SOLUTION: A safety device 104 is formed integrally with a lock lever 1041 for mounting and fixing a circuit breaker 1 onto a mounting plate and comprises an extension part extending from the lock lever and a display part provided in an end portion of the extension part. The safety device for the circuit breaker is characterized in that, when the circuit breaker is located at a right mounting position and the lock lever is not fixed, the display part protrudes from a casing front side of the circuit breaker to the outside, thereby visually confirming the display part from the outside of the circuit breaker.
