Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate rattle between a filler member and the wall of the head groove of an iron core of a salient-pole rotor during operation by providing material having large thermal expansion at the end surface to engage with the filler member and the iron core to block the space between adjacent field iron core heads. CONSTITUTION:A hole 9 is perforated on the end surface of a bar-like filler member 7 arranged in a plurality of nunber between the heads of adjacent field iron cores 2 for blocking therebetweek to engage with the groove 5 provided on the head of the iron cores 2 for blocking therebetween to engage with the groove 5 provided on the head of the iron core, and a control member 10 having large thermal expansion factor such as, for example, fiber reinforced plastic or the like is integrally assemble in the hole 9. Thus, since the control member is thermally expanded due to the heat generated at the environments in operation, no rattle occurs between the filler member and the wall of the groove 5 even if the interval between the adjacent iron cores is altered due to centrifugal force so as to thus support stably the filler member 7.
