This device is provided with a main pipe passage 25 having a spray nozzle 23 on a tip to which high pressure air is supplied; an abrasive material supply device 31 for supplying the abrasive material 29 into the main pipe passage 25 through a guide pipe passage 27 branched and connected to the middle way of the main pipe passage 25; an abrasive material recovery pipe passage 37 branched and connected to a measuring pipe passage connecting part 33 on the guide pipe passage 27; a changeover valve 35 for changing over communication of the guide pipe passage 27 between the main pipe passage 25 and the abrasive material recovery pipe passage 37 on the measuring pipe passage connecting part 33; and an abrasive material spray amount measuring device 39 having an abrasive material recovery part 39a for recovering the abrasive material 29 flowing into the abrasive material recovery pipe passage 37, and a gravimeter 39b for measuring the weight of the recovered abrasive material.
