Abstract:
To provide a production method of sandwich which hardly generates deterioration of texture or harshness of wheat bran even when being distributed in a state of sandwiching ingredients.SOLUTION: A production method of sandwich includes a step of arranging ingredients between two slices of bread. The bread contains 10-40 pts.mass of bran of white wheat in 100 pts.mass of grain flour, and uses heat-treated one as the bran. It is suitable to use the bran having an average grain diameter of 200 μm or less. It is also suitable to use as the white wheat, at least one kind selected from Australian Standard White, and Prime Hard.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
