Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the variance at the time of assembly by depressing a rotary mirror against the fitting surface of a rotary mirror fitting part formed integrally with the rotary shaft of a rotating mirror driving motor, and also, forming it so that the rotating mirror and the rotary shaft can be brought to relative rotation, when it is separated from the fitting surface. CONSTITUTION:A rotary mirror 1 is controlled from an upper part by an elastic member 11 and depressed against a flange 21, and a rotor 20, the flange 21, a rotary shaft 22, the rotating mirror 1, etc. rotate integrally. In this case, between the upper face of the rotor 20 and the bottom face of the rotary mirror 1, a clearance C is formed in two parts in roughly opposed positions, the claw 61 of an automatic adjusting machine 60 is inserted into this clearance C, and the rotary mirror 1 is raised a little against energizing force of the elastic member 11. Subsequently, by rotating the rotary mirror 1 as indicated with an arrow A, its phase is varied, and a beam is brought to deflection scan actually in each phase position so that the unevenness of a pitch becomes a little. In such a manner, the variance at the time of assembly is eliminated and the inclination direction of the flange surface and the reflecting surface of the rotary mirror can be made parallel to each other.
