Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the box capacity, by reducing the restriction of a storage box at the front part of a pivot for unit swing type engine supporting purpose which is positioned at the upper part of a crankcase.
SOLUTION: A storage box 8 is provided in a rear body 7 at the lower side of a seat 5, and a unit swing type engine 4 having a cylinder 12 inclined forward almost parallel to a crankcase 13, and a swing case 14, is provided at the lower side of the storage box 8. The unit swing type engine 4 is supported by a pivot 16 set between the lower part of the storage box 8 and the upper part of the crankcase 13, and cushioning suspended by a rear cushion unit 18. And a carburetor 22 and an air cleaner case 23 positioning at the outer side of a car body of the carburetor are provided in parallel, to one side of the cylinder 12 and the opposite side of an exhaust pipe 19, and the top 22a of the carburetor 22 is positioned at the lower side of the bottom of the storage box 8, and at the upper side of the cylinder 12. A throttle cable 26 to operate the carburetor 22 is led out from the side part of the carburetor 22.
