To provide a scooter equipped with a cabin having a cover surrounding a front surface, an upper surface and a side surface of an occupant, and protecting the occupant from the rain and wind.

(A) The occupant is covered by a transparent windshield 1 and a body cover 2 having a rear part opened. (B) A rear end of the side surface of the body cover 2 is cut off a little in order to facilitate getting on and off, and a lower part is not covered because a foot is put on the ground during stopping of the scooter. (C) A strut 3 supporting the body cover 2 is disposed on the vehicle body rearmost part which does not obstruct getting on/off. The cabin is constructed as above described, and the occupant gets on and off from an open part in the rear part of the vehicle body.
