To provide a device for preventing the slip by removing foreign matters in view of that a railroad vehicle travels not only on a flat part but also a tilt rail by geographical features and the slip easily occurs when water such as the rain or the foreign matter such as fallen leaves exists on a tread even if the slip does not occur in the ordinary time.
In order to blow out the foreign matters generating the slip by the compressed air pressure with the usage of compressed air equipment provided in the railroad vehicle, an air pipe 1 for guiding the compressed air to the vicinity of the tread 2 which is a contact surface of a wheel and the rail on which the slip is generated, a pressure reducing valve for reducing the compressed air pressure to an appropriate pressure, a solenoid valve for controlling delivery and stop of the compressed air, and a main valve for maintenance are provided, and a control circuit for delivering only in required time is disposed between a switch arranged in an operation room and the solenoid valve.
