Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase the yield by forming a pattern on a screen corresponding to a linear or curved line which is selected from among the patterns of a conductor line on a print base plate being the surface of matter to be printed into a shape for enlarging the end parts in the longitudinal direction larger than the central part.
CONSTITUTION: A pattern on a screen used for screen process printing is formed correspondingly to the pattern of a conductor line on a print base plate being the surface of matter to be printed. In the case, the pattern correspondent to a linear or curved line on the screen which is selected from among the patterns of the conductor line is formed into a shape for enlarged the end parts in the longitudinal direction larger in comparison with the central part. For example, in the screen, the respective printing materials 3, 6 are provided through the respective opening faces 2, 5 in the insides of the respective outline parts 1, 4 being the same shape as the pattern of the conductor line. Thereby, the respective printing materials 3, 6 of the terminal part prevent a chip removed by a screen film from being generated and also are uniformly provided in the cross direction.
