The trunk part 59c or either one branch part is bent to arrange the touch panel 20 on the upper surface side of the liquid crystal display device 40. The touch panel 20 and the liquid crystal display device 40 are integrated together through a damping material 51 between the both into a unit. The driving circuit of the device 40 and the driving circuit of the touch panel 20 are formed in one substrate, and the substrate is connected to the FPC 59.
