Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a solder paste from being deformed by a method wherein a first lifting means is controlled so that a separation is performed, when a print substrate is separated from a mask plate, based on speed patterns, wherein an action pattern having positive accelerations and an action pattern having negative accelerations are repeated a plurality of times.
SOLUTION: When a first Z motor 32 is actuated, first and second feed screws 25, 26 are rotated through a gear train 33, a timing pulley 27, a timing belt 29 and a timing pulley 28 so that a first lifting plate 31 can be lifted or lowered in a directions as indicated by arrow N1. In a speed pattern storage part 60 comprising a RAM(random access memory), etc., in speed patterns, in relation to a separation speed between a print substrate and a mask plate 2 and time, an action pattern having positive intermediate values and an action pattern having negative intermediate values are repeated alternately. Thus a lowering of viscosity can be accelerated.
