Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of operating without occurrence of an unstable state (turnover) to the behavior of a movable scroll even at a time of injection.SOLUTION: A scroll compressor 10 comprises: a fixed scroll 31; a movable scroll 32; and a drive motor 50. A back pressure chamber 36 is formed on a back surface of a movable-side end plate 32a of the movable scroll 32. A compression chamber 35 is formed between the fixed scroll and the movable scroll. A communication portion 31cb communicating with a compression chamber is formed on an outer edge portion 31c of the fixed scroll near the movable-side end plate. An intermediate-pressure hole 32ac that can communicate the communication portion with the back pressure chamber is formed in the movable-side end plate. An injection channel for supplying refrigerant into the compression chamber that is in the process of compression from outside is formed. While the movable scroll is driven, the injection channel communicates with the back pressure chamber via the communication portion and the intermediate-pressure hole for a predetermined period of time.
