Title:
SCROLL FLUID MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3919384
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently circulate a lubricating oil to a driven scroll shaft during operation to suppress the temperature rise of a driven scroll part low during the compression by forming the driven scroll shaft in a hollow shape, inserting an oil flow guide therein, and fittingly mounting a spiral groove ring to the outer periphery of the driven scroll shaft.
SOLUTION: A compression part comprising a driving scroll 36 and a driven scroll 46 is driven by a motor 1 provided at the upper part of a casing part 35. In this constitution, a driven scroll shaft 47 is formed in hollow shape opened at the lower end face, and a lateral hole is formed in the intermediate position. An oil flow guide 48 with a lubricating oil passage formed upward from the position of the lateral hole is inserted in the inner diameter part of the driven scroll shaft 47, and a spiral groove ring 49 supplying oil flow circulating between bearings 19, 20 in two upper and lower stages is fittingly mounted to the outer peripheral part of the driven scroll shaft 47. Heat generated during compressive operation is thereby radiated inside the driven scroll shaft through lubricating oil to prevent the temperature rise of the driven scroll shaft 47.
