PURPOSE: To forcibly circulate seal liquid inside circulating paths and a seal liquid filling portion so as to enhance cooling efficiency of the seal liquid without an expensive pressure unit in a seal liquid circulator for circulating the seal liquid staying inside the seal liquid filling portion inside the shaft sealing portion, followed by cooling outside, for the shaft sealing portion provided with a mechanical seal or the like for sealing a shaft of an agitator or the like.

CONSTITUTION: In a seal liquid circulator for a shaft sealing portion comprising circulating paths 5a, 5b for seal liquid communicated with a seal liquid filling portion 3 inside the shaft sealing portion and a pressurizing cylinder 6 for pressurizing the inside of the circulating paths 5a, 5b, a forcibly flowing-out means for forcibly flowing out the seal liquid staying inside the seal liquid filling portion 3 into the circulating paths 5a, 5b according to rotation of a shaft 1 is housed inside the seal liquid filling portion 3.
