Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the pressing force of a blade to a roller and improve the reliability by providing a means for changing the pressing force of the blade.
SOLUTION: A blade 5 having a spring 12 mounted on the back surface is pressed in the direction of a roller. In a valve device for regulating the back pressure of the blade 5, a plate 13c is pressed up by the pressure of a back pressure chamber 2c when the internal pressure of the back pressure chamber 2c is larger than the resultant force of the sucking pressure and the force of the spring 13a of a valve mechanism, and the back pressure chamber 2c is allowed to communicate with a suction port 2a to reduce the internal pressure of the back pressure chamber 2c. When the pressure of the back pressure chamber 2c is lower than the resultant force of the sucking pressure and the force of the spring 13a, the plate 13c blocks a pressure chamber 13d again. Although the internal pressure of the back pressure chamber 2c is regularly raised by the slight leak to the back pressure chamber 2c through the clearance between the blade groove 2b of a cylinder 2 and the compressing chamber side of the blade 5, the internal pressure of the back pressure chamber 2c is controlled to a pressure having a constant pressure difference to the sucking pressure by the effect of the valve device. Accordingly, the pressing-force of the blade 5 to the roller can be reduced.
