Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a device structure and to reduce the size of a device.
SOLUTION: A rotary frame 1 is provided with a suspension beam 9 movable in the radial direction of the rotary frame 1. A slide guide block 13 movable in a direction in which the slide guide block approaches and separates away from the rotary frame 1 through the working of a hydraulic cylinder 14 is attached to a suspension beam 9 and an oscillation frame 17 having a grasping block is disposed between the slide guide blocks 13 and 13. Further, one side of the oscillation frame 17 is pivotally mounted on one slide guide block 13 through pins 15a and 16a, and guide plates 18c and 19c pivotally mounted on the other slide guide block 13 through the pins 15b and 16b are fitted in respective rectangular holes 20 and 20' arranged on the the other side of the oscillation frame 17.
