Abstract:
To provide a method for modulating immune cells of a patient by altering microbial flora of the patient, and a method for modulating treatments or therapies of target organisms by altering the microbial flora of a target, cell populations, systems, arrays, cells, RNA, kits, and other means for bringing about the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an inducible nuclease system for use in a method for treating or alleviating an illness or symptoms of a patient, in which the method comprises modulating immune cells of a patient by altering the microbial flora of the patient using an inducible nuclease of the system and treating or preventing the illness or symptoms of the patient by mediation of immune cells (for example, T-cells) or by altering immune cell activity or immune cell populations in the patient.SELECTED DRAWING: None
