PURPOSE: To stick strongly at a low temperature, maintain sticking force even at a high temperature, and obtain excellent surface slipping characteristics by dissolving specified four kinds of organic compounds in organic solvent, applying and baking the same on a conductor directly or via an insulating layer.
CONSTITUTION: Polyether sulfone, a vinyl benzyl compound, a maleimide compound, and polyethylene wax are dissolved in organic solvent to form paint, which is applied and baked on a conductor directly or via other insulating layers so as to form an insulated wire. Desirable mixing ratios of the respective components are 2 to 100 parts by weight of sum amount of the vinyl benzyl compound and the maleimide compound against 100 parts by weight of polyether sulfone, and in the sum amount, 10 to 400 parts by weight of the latter against 100 parts by weight of the former. And 0.1 to 4 parts by weight of polyethylene wax against 100 parts by weight of the sum amount of three components. As other insulating layers, formal resin or other resin or the like which is excellent in heat resistance is desirable.
