Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a self fusing wire which is excellent in heat deformation resistance, heat adhesiveness, and solderability.
CONSTITUTION: Fusion synthetic resin is dissolved in organic solvent so as to prepare fusion paint which is applied and baked on a conductor 1 directly or via an insulator. In this self fusion wire, aromatic polyester resin synthesized from aromatic dicarboxylic acid and dihydric phenol by itself or polymer alloy of the polyester resin and the other synthetic resin is used as the fusion synthetic resin.
