Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor device capable of performing computation for a neural network.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device has an arithmetic cell that multiplies first data and second data. The arithmetic cell has first to third circuits and first and second wirings. The first circuit is electrically connected to the third circuit via the first wiring, and the second circuit is electrically connected to the third circuit via the second wiring. The first circuit has a function of holding first potential according to the first data, the second circuit has a function of holding second potential according to the first data, and the third circuit has a function of pre-charging third potential to the first and second wirings. The first circuit discharges the electric charge of the first wiring according to the first potential, and the second circuit discharges the electric charge of the second wiring according to the second potential. According to the second data, the third circuit conducts the first wiring to one of a first output wiring and a second output wiring and conducts the second wiring to the other of the first output wiring and the second output wiring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
