Abstract:
To provide a novel semiconductor device.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a memory cell, and a difference circuit, wherein the memory cell includes a first circuit and a second circuit. The first circuit and the second circuit have a function of storing first data and a function of multiplying the first data by the second data. When a value of the first data is positive, inverted data of the first data is stored in the second circuit, and when the value of the first data is negative, the first data is stored in the first circuit. The first circuit is electrically connected to the difference circuit via a first wiring, and the second circuit is electrically connected to via a second wiring. The difference circuit has a function of outputting a current corresponding to a difference between a current flowing through the first wiring and a current flowing through the second wiring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
