Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce leakage current and through current by stabilizing the potential of artificial power supply lines both in normal mode and standby mode.
SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit comprises an artificial power supply line control circuit 1 having a logical operation circuit constituted of logical elements, i.e., transistors having a high threshold, and controlling the potential of each artificial power supply line VDD, VDD2, VSS1, VSS2 through logical operation of a standby mode signal STB and a data input signal A.
