Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a sense amplifier circuit which has high gain and reads out information of a semiconductor memory at high speed.
CONSTITUTION: PMOS 10 and 11 which are connected to each connecting point N1 and N2 and cross-coupled for potential levels of the connecting point N1 and N2 are provided. Amplitude between potential levels of the connecting point N1 and the N2 is increased by the PMOS 10 and 11, and potential levels of the connecting point N1 and N2 control respectively PMOS 8 and 9. Thereby, the PMOS 8 and 9 control potential levels of connecting point N3 and N4 and enlarge amplitude of an output signal.
