PURPOSE: To use a device as a desensitizer also by magnetizing a ferromagnetic matter with one magnetic polarity at the time of putting it on one face and magnetizing it with the opposite magnetic polarity at the time of putting it on another face and concentrating lines of external magnetic induction to a part near a gap.
CONSTITUTION: A conductor 43 is electromagnetically coupled to a core 40 and is electrically connected to a current source. when a current flows through the conductor 43, a field of magnetization generated along the magnetic circuit of the core 40 induces a magnetic flux in the magnetic circuit, and it is induced across a gap 44, and the magnetic flux is converged near the gap 44 when an inclined part 45 is made in the core 40 by an option specification. However, the magnetic flux is leaked to an area near the gap 44 because the density of the magnetic flux in the gap 44 having a low magnetic permeability is fundamentally lower than that 10 the core 40 having a high magnetic permeability. This magnetic flux generates a magnetic field in the direction traversing the gap, but this magnetic field is quickly attenuated in accordance with the perpendicular distance from the gap, and this attenuation factor can be controlled by selecting the width of the gap. Thus, this device is used as a desensitizer also.
