Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable the change of sequence length freely, only with the increase or decrease of the package every circuit block, by detecting the physical presence of the circuit block of descending order with the circuit block of prestage. CONSTITUTION:When the start signal 60-1 is delivered by the sequence start control circuit 11, the first controlled circuit block 12-1 is started, and when the circuit A1 in the block 12-1 is finished for the operation, the start signal 60-1 is delibered to the second controlled circuit block 12-2 and the circuit A2 in the circuit block 12-2 is started. The circuit A2 is finished for the operation and start signal is delivered to the third controlled block 12-3. But, if the third circuit block is absent, the circuit block 12-2 detects the absence of the package mounting signal to stop the delivery of the start signal to the succeeding block and the end signal 70-2 is delivered to the sequence start control circuit 11.
